Refund policy
CANCELLATION
We DO NOT accept cancellations unless authorized otherwise. Anything needs to be approved by us before finalizing.
RETURNS
We have a NO RETURN policy, which means we do not provide return/exchange of any products. However, replacement of products will be done only in case of damaged items if informed within 1 day of receiving the parcel, any claims after that will not be entertained.
Rules for exchange are as below:
1) Replacement of products will be done only in case of damaged items.
2) Parcel opening video is must to address any issues (size, damages, missing items, wrong item delivered etc). Video should be without any pause and cuts in between or ese it will not be considered. Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything. You have to show the parcel from all the sides in the video before opening the parcel because we know our packing. Some of the clients repack and make a parcel opening video, if 360 degree video of the parcel before opening the parcel is not there, strictly there will be no resolution.
3) To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (If applicable)
Refund will be applicable only if we do not have the same product for replacement available. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us before sending anything.
